Seminar Leader | Public Speaker | Financial Services Rep.
I'm Marijan Pretscherer, 18 years old, and I live in Austria, the heart of Europe. My work and interests span several areas, including sales, politics and volunteering. If you're interested in what I do, my services, or want to connect with me, read more below. Thanks for stopping by!
I manage field sales operations and handle client relationships for Euro Finanz Service AG, a financial services firm recognized with numerous awards. The core of my work is dedicated to building a solid client base from the ground up and maintaining those relationships through ongoing communication and reliable service.
I independently provide tailored political and civic education by facilitating workshops, moderating (panel) discussions, and by delivering keynote speeches. Interested in my services? Learn More!
I deliver workshops and seminars, facilitate discussions, guide participants through exercises, and moderate debates on European politics and civic engagement.
I present our organsation, manage relationships with sponsors, and secure financial support for youth programs and European engagement initiatives.
Active member promoting European integration, youth participation, and cross-cultural understanding through various initiatives and events.
I am currently in the planning phase of my deployment to Africa. Specifically, I aim to join "Make Me Smile Kenya" in 2027. My work will focus on community development, education, and sustainable social structures.
"Because politics is for everyone."
I offer interactive workshops and seminars that can be booked individually or combined into a full program. Each activity is adaptable in content and duration for schools, NGOs, youth organisations, or institutional partners across Europe. The given durations are flexible and can be adjusted based on your needs.
Exercise on detecting misinformation, understanding bias, and strengthening democratic resilience online.
Guided discussion on EU institutions, civic engagement, and democratic participation tools.
Group tasks and role simulations to develop collaboration, motivation, and conflict resolution.
Simulation-based learning on persuasion, relationship management, and funding approaches.
Practical training in structuring speeches, controlling stage presence, and handling audience interaction.
Exploration of argumentation, rhetoric, and respectful public discourse with debates.
Overview of media influence, critical consumption, and ethical communication online.
For conferences, schools, or civic events, I offer concise and accessible talks on European engagement and youth participation. Each session can stand alone or complement a workshop or seminar.
A personal and motivational talk on civic participation and why inclusive democracy matters.
A clear explanation of how European decisions affect everyday life and how individuals can participate.
Insight into how young people can use digital platforms responsibly to influence democratic discourse.
I offer moderation and facilitation services for conferences, panel discussions, public debates, and educational events. The goal is to enable dialogue that is focused and inclusive, encouraging participants to express their perspectives while maintaining clear direction.
Comprehensive planning and execution of expert or stakeholder panel discussions.
Structured facilitation of interactive sessions between citizens, youth, or expert participants.
I build and strengthen connections between communities, organsations, and institutions to foster collaboration and shared initiatives. My work involves identifying potential partners whose missions and values align, then designing and coordinating events that bring these stakeholders together. These events range from roundtables and workshops to joint projects and networking sessions.
Connecting a secondary school class with local politicians within a media/journalism workshop framework. Students prepare, conduct, and reflect on interviews in a structured, hands-on setting. In this example I would coordinate between school administrators, teachers, and the politicians to ensure smooth logistics, guide the workshop, and facilitate the session. This would allow students to gain practical experience in interviewing, while politicians engage directly with youth perspectives.
It would be completely contrary to my convictions to add a financial barrier to political education. Therefore, my services are provided free of charge.
To sustain this model and enable delivery across Europe, I only require that the hosting organsation covers the direct, pre-agreed logistical expenses necessary for my physical presence. Your investment is solely in the logistics required to bring the service to your location, not in the service itself.
Economy class public transportation or flights, local transit costs, or mileage at €0.35/km for car travel.
Simple, clean, and safe accommodation for required nights (typically night before event).
Modest per diem of €40 per day to cover meals and incidental expenses during travel and event days.
We agree on the service, date, duration, and target group.
I provide a transparent Cost Estimate Sheet detailing all expected expenses.
We sign a Letter of Agreement and you provide advance payment for estimated costs.
After the event, I prepare a final Expense Report with receipts. Any difference is settled promptly.
I am deeply committed to working with schools, governmental institutions, NGOs, youth organisations, and other groups. If covering the full logistical costs presents a genuine difficulty, please still contact me. We can explore alternative solutions such as:
My ultimate goal is collaboration, not transaction.
